Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies or issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
