How would you describe your experience in three words?
A Transformative, Rewarding and Truly Fulfilling Journey.
How has the scheme helped you grow professionally?
Over the past two years, this program has been instrumental in shaping me both professionally and personally. Rotating across multiple departments gave me a broader understanding of the business, strengthened my ability to collaborate across teams and helped me develop a tailored approach to my transition into a Junior Project Manager. My first year laid a strong foundation across different functions, while my second-year elevated things further - working on the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) project and managing automation jobs pushed me beyond my comfort zone and accelerated my growth in ways I never anticipated.
What excites you the most about becoming a Junior Project Manager?
What excites me most is the opportunity to take everything I have learned over the past two years and put it into full practice. Having worked across multiple departments and gained hands-on experience with projects like PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and various automation jobs, I feel genuinely ready to step into this role with confidence. I am most looking forward to leading projects end to end, continuing to grow within an incredibly supportive team and making a real and lasting impact within the business. This feels like the natural next step in what has already been an incredible journey.
Please join us in congratulating Dawar on this well-deserved achievement and wishing him every success in his new role. We look forward to seeing his continued growth and contribution to the business.
