Introduce yourself, describe your role at UNICAT and what drew you to this position?
My name is Rukayat Oyeleke, and I am the Management Accountant for UNICAT Technologies. The most attractive thing about my role is the ability to solve as many problems as possible, while also enjoying what I do. As an Accountant and a Finance Business Partner I am positioned to give strategic advice to different teams and assist in the best possible way I can.
Could you describe how the culture is at UNICAT?
One thing that stands out the most for me will be the culture of ‘Teamwork’. Everyone is inclusive and support is readily provided.
What do you enjoy most about working at UNICAT, and what keeps you motivated within the role?
I would probably say the people I work with, and that keeps me motivated to always put in my best.
